EDUCATOR
Dominique, the founder, and CEO of Bloom Beauty is one of Upstate New York’s Leading Eyebrow Artist and Educator. Her love for all things beauty began at a very young age and her passion for brows & make up began over 7 years ago when she wanted to change the experience of eyebrow & make up services.
Dominique went on to start up her own studio, once she became a NYS Licensed esthetician & Educator. Which she has now built a full service Salon- Bloom Beauty. She has trained and continues to train with the top industry-leading artist to provide the best for her clients and students.
In addition to running a successful Salon and educating, Dominique has recently launched her own line of professional products and Merchandise line, that are sold exclusively at Bloom Beauty. A lot of her professional products are included in the training kits for her students.
