Planning a wedding at your favorite travel spot or just wanting to get away to tie the knot? Whether you’re the bride looking to marry your best friend on a sandy beach, in the mountains or just at a place near + dear to you – we’re your team! In past destination wedding inquiries there have been similar questions being asked, so we thought what better than sharing a little bit of a FAQ to give you all the details you need to have your makeup looking fabulous for your big day!

Do you travel anywhere?

YES, we've got our passports ready!!

Are clients responsible for paying for travel / hotel expenses?

Yes! Clients are responsible for paying for hotel + travel expenses + Make up services for destination weddings! We require a roundtrip flight to and from the destination service location. We are required to have a flight that flies us in no later than 1 day prior to Wedding Day services. We also require hotel accommodations for each night stay required to provide services, with a minimum of 1 night stay prior to Wedding Day services and 1 night stay on Wedding day/night. Should you require us to come earlier than 1 day prior to the wedding day and stay longer, we'd be happy to accommodate that at the expense of the client / bride.

Can you do my makeup for my rehearsal dinner?

Of course! We are more than happy to get you ready for your rehearsal dinner/welcome events while we are at your location!

Is there an early morning fee for destination weddings?

No! We are flexible with time the day of your wedding and there are no additional fees for an early start to the best day!

How do I reserve my date?

First, we ask you to book a complimentary phone consultation on our website and provide wedding details, such as but not limited to, date, location, total count. To book and secure your date, we require a 50% deposit of your total amount due after receiving your formal proposal and contract. Your final / remaining amount is due one month prior to your date

What are your requirements in terms of space and facility?

We ask for an open space and ideally natural light to work with! We do ask that the space we are given has electrical outlets available.

Is there a minimum number of services for Bloom Beauty to come on location?

Our service requirement depends on a few key factors - season, location and the number of services needed! We do everything from small intimate weddings to large weddings requiring many services with multiple artists! We are more than happy to work with our brides, hear what their needs are and work together on how we can best accommodate their wedding day services!
